是否有必要为指定的长文章开启目录显示和跳转功能？之所以没有实现，是因为我感觉目录元素会破坏样式和整体风格，这毕竟是一个风格、美观导向严重的模板 :D。如果有合适的样式我会实现，同时也欢迎提出 PR。

Is it necessary to enable table of contents display and jump functions for specified long articles? The reason why it is not implemented is because I feel that the directory element will destroy the style and overall style.
