under `/home/youssef/myData/work/iti/androidAutomotive/aosp15/hardware/interfaces/automotive/vehicle/aidl/impl/3`

follow the structure and the android.bp in vhal and fakevhal/hardware

under `vhal/vhal-default-service-v3.rc` you will find the export vars for vsomeip
