Can I bond 2x 1gbps fiber connections?

Hi, I have a 1gbps fiber plan (ftth with a gpon ONT device) at my house and planning to buy another one from the same isp but I have 3 questions about bonding them.

I currently use Asus GT-AX 6000 router (Has a 2.5G WAN and a 2.5G LAN port). Can I make it work with this router? Which VPS would you recommend to use the full bandwith (country: Turkey)? And finally, do I have to buy static ip for both my connections? Thank you in advance.
