What is MPTCPDesync? I've tried googling the phrase and don't find much of it mentioned. I assume it is this https://www.researchgate.net/publication/268819218_DMCTCP_Desynchronized_Multi-Channel_TCP_for_high_speed_access_networks_with_tiny_buffers

Would this be very advantage for home users who are combining multiple high speed connections?

I see one mention where @Ysurac says "Don't use MPTCP Desync" here: #1291

Any insight?
