This release provides a binary-only offline installer for Linux x86_64,
CPython 3.12, CUDA 12 runtime wheels, and NVIDIA A100/A800 GPUs (sm_80).
IQC binary releases are licensed under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. Commercial use requires a separate commercial license from the IQC authors.

The package was validated with a fresh user-style offline install from the generated release tarball on an 8 x A100-SXM4-80GB GPU worker. The installer verification passed with:

__init__.pyIQC Python source files exposed - JAX detecting all 8 CUDA devices
- CuPy detecting all 8 CUDA devices
- CUDA/JAX smoke test passing
