malformed webpage with no styling upon fresh installation

Describe the bug

inoperable upon installation

Context

• Hardware: Raspberry Pi at home (4B 4GB)
• YunoHost version: 11.2.11.2
• I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin
• Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no
• Using, or trying to install package version/branch: 14.3.0~ynh1

Steps to reproduce

-installed application
-navigated to web directory
-experienced an interface without any styling, and was unable to upload any images

Expected behavior

function akin to the demonstration pages, and the ability to upload media.

Logs

I apologize, but I am not sure where I can find logs for this application; it does not appear as a service in the yunohost services section of the GUI.

Now, I did update my PHP version within the last month... could that be the cause? I did this before the installation of this program.

Same problem here on a VPS, fresh Yunohost and Piwigo install.

It was discussed (in French) in the forum. The best solution found was to install Piwigo at the root of its own sub-domain instead of a "piwigo/" subfolder of a domain.

But this leads to another problem (photos not displayed correctly) for which I'll create an issue.
