Error when launching VN

I used both ready release (GitHub Actions) and compiled manually using thirdparty port (self-build gave an error).
As a result, I get a “foreach” or “registerExEvent” error in all 4 novels
In Kirikiroid2_yuri_1.3.9, as well as in the original Kirikiroid2, these same novels work fine, but I can't compile version 1.3.9 (ningshanwutuobang release also gives the same errors, although there is version 1.3.9).

Also there is a problem when connecting external plugins (the game does not see them)

The file “fstat.tpm” is located in the plugins folder and announced in patch.tjs:
