2022b version has updated but no pull request sent out by cron job. #56

The latest version is
2022b(Released 2022-08-10). But theTZDB checkis disabled by Github Action due to inactivity.https://github.com/ZacSweers/ticktock/actions/workflows/tzdbupdate.yml
We might need to active it again to trigger the pull request update?
