Allow for paradigms with configuration on the command line

Currently, the paradigm model can be provided through a configuration code that can contain additional paradigm configuration.
This approach uses the Python exec statement which is not the most desirable solution.

Add the possibility to provide the configuration argument on the command line when staring the launcher.
