fix: restore COI service worker for infinite-loop-hex (needs SharedArrayBuffer)
Unlike vibe-money which has Godot's built-in COOP/COEP SW, infinite-loop-hex relies on coi-serviceworker.js for Cross-Origin Isolation. Removed the COI deregistration logic for this game while keeping the update banner. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
