Scope setting is mentioned as comma seperated list but it is a dropdown.
A user is not able to multi select dropdown items.

Steps to Reproduce

0. Add remote (e.g. Google Drive)
1. In sidebar/overview Click in remote
2. Remote Configuration: Expand the
   Details
3. Click on Edit Configuration
4. Scroll down to Scope
5. Click on the dropdown
6. Try to select multiple items, it won't work

Expected Behavior

If I select multiple Scope items, they get added to the input field.
exclusionary selection won't be added to the input field to avoid harm to the user.

Additionally, I updated the handling of options where Exclusive is false. In Rclone, when an option has predefined examples with Exclusive: false, it means users can either pick a suggested example or enter their own custom value.

I replaced the strict single-select dropdowns for these fields with an editable input + autocomplete suggestions (mat-autocomplete). This allows users to either select from suggested presets or type custom values without being blocked by enumValidator. I also fixed the multi-select behavior for list options like Scope, resolved boolean reset issues, and fixed SizeSuffix formatting precision.
