Allow the app to be used outside UK

As an user I would like to have the ability to use booksbank everywhere in the world.

AC:

• Add a dropdown next to postcode called "country"
• the dropdown should have flags and name of all countries (if something like this does not exist out there, just show country name)
• Ensure that the country dropdown gets pre-filled with correct country
