Remove automatic geolocation and add a button on the homepage

Users have complained of the automatic geolocation. This should be removed and replaced with a button:

AC:

• Move geolocation code to be triggered by button
• Set location and country when the button is clicked
• The buttons should look like this just below the postcode input with:
  • The following icon - link to icon search
  • The following text in blue "Use my location"
