Submit your scopes!

We need your scopes in order to make scoping buddy useful! If you have one, please submit it by following the directions here (or by using a other method of your choosing to submit a pull request).

Steps:

1. Make sure the scope isn't already in scoping buddy.
2. Sign in to GitHub (get an account if you haven't already)
3. "Fork" this repository using the button in the top-right
4. Create a 'branch' for your scope from the gh_pages branch
   
5. Upload a PDF of the scope or RFP to the library folder (and please follow a similar naming convention). "Commit" the new file at the bottom of the page.
   
6. Add a text file with a .md extension to the _projects directory that follows the same format as the existing documents in the directory. Fill out the metadata at the top (before the ---) and the general content from any relevant scope from the RFP. "Commit" the new file at the bottom of the page.
   
7. Submit a pull request into the gh_pages so that we can review your work and add it to the site!
