SensoStar E - compatibilty and howto

Hi guys - and sorry for asking "stupid" questions but I'm struggling finding an entrypoint to this topic. As the internet has led me here maybe someone could give me the right direction.
I have the Sensostar E Deltamess sensor:

Now as I understand I need to buy the MBusino - and attach it to the sensor and add it to homeassistant, is this correct?
How do I figure out which of those versions is needed to operate with my sensor as there are obviously three versions, the "old one", edition Z and the NANO?

Its a relabeled Engelmann Sensostar with full MBusino support. MBusino or Nano is your choice if you need ethernet or additional temp. sensors.

You need the Engelmann M-Bus Modul. MBusino with the Zihatec Master and any platform witch understand MQTT.
