docs(music): archaeology+resolve — apply CR-addition rule per pre-R1 archaeology

ec39f8c (chore: harden investor-readiness surface) deliberately removed the
Commercial Readiness section from Music. That was the authoritative pre-aug
state. POST-AUG (d7e2686) also had no CR section. R1 (fb107b1) re-added it,
creating a new public verdict against a deliberate-prior absence. CR-addition
rule: REVERT. Keep R1 headline, cross-lane sentence, and blockquote demotion.
