hcxdumptool and RSSI

RSSI completely irrelevant!

The RSSI measured by an attack device doesn't say anything about the RSSI measured by the target.
The only thing that really matters is that the target receive hcxdumptool's requests and that it responds to it.

To get on overview about MAC_AP, ESSID, channel, rate, RSSI, security, I recommend to use nmcli:
$ sudo nmcli dev wifi
Sooner or later I'm going to remove the rcascan option from hcxdumptool, because nmcli can do this much better.

If RSSI is actually needed, run tshark in parallel on the same interface as hcxdumptool/hcxlabtool:
$ tshark -i INTERFACENAME -f "wlan type mgt and (subtype beacon or subtype probe-resp)" -T text -o 'gui.column.format:"FREQ",%Cus:radiotap.channel.freq,"RSSI",%Cus:radiotap.dbm_antsignal,"SSID",%Cus:wlan.ssid'

Depending on the WiFi adapter (multiple antennas) you'll see more than one RSSI columns.

Again:
If you run hcxdumptool/hcxlabtool there is absolutely no need (really no need) to collect RSSI values!!!
It is important that the target receives hcxdumptools packets, no matter what the RSSI is!!!
