Use hot-melt insert with set screw for small gear

The small gear is rotationally constained to the potentiometer with a small groove, but can still move up and down the potentiometer. For now, this is 'fixed' with some hot glue, but that's not an ideal solution since it might come loose.

Reprinting the gead and adding a hole on the side on the gear for a hot-melt threaded insert would allow us to put in a set-screw that keeps the gear secured on the potentiometer.

Alternatively, you can replace the hot-melt insert with just a regular nut inside of the gear, but this might be tricky to put in place and won't work if the size of the nut is bigger than the size of the shaft of the potentiometer
