fix: zh GPT-4o table note wording so freshness_audit passes (CI Structure Check)

The zh translation used 存量集成, which is not in the audit's allow-list for
superseded-model mentions; rephrased with legacy/不推荐 to match the exemption
the en line already has. No content change — same meaning as EN.
