Unresolved issues from #33

- Probably don't need `GSM/qchem.h.in` anymore
- Still leftover tribits references to remove
- Need to remove `Makefile` as build is now uses CMake
- CMake currently does not do anything with `TEST` directory, 
  - might want to set up github actions with the tests using xtb or pyscf.
