Ledger Live - New Functionality: Add Staking and Neuron Management functionality

Ledger Live supports only ICP transactions. Add support for staking ICP into neurons and manage them.

UPDATE:

• We’re in process of improving the UI vastly and are no track to demo the progress in our next week’s sync.
• We’re just around the corners with the developments, adding final few features mostly UX level implementation like adding start, stop, delay buttons when users click on manage.
• We’re hopeful of finishing the feature set by the next week.

• @lawRathod gave a demo of the current status.
• @lawRathod will share a staging environment for DFINITY to test it and play around.
• @lawRathod will also share which helpers need to be exposed in the ic-js libraries to not have to copy them over.
• DFINITY needs to list under which conditions a banner should be shown and what should it show.

Update:

The staking build (for Mac) was shared last week for ICP to test. We're awaiting any feedback!

Update (18'Dec):

We've looked into the feedback and we're not really bothered as they're mostly positive with almost easier UI level changes. Prateek is on personal time-off and although we'd like to complete the feedback ASAP but, it would be best if we wait for Prateek to come online and finish this as he's contributed 99% of the work in developing ICP Ledger Live. We'll look into on on the first week of Jan'25.

Also, going forward Zondax would be responsible for reviewing their in-house developed Ledger-Live integration. We're awaiting more info from Ledger, but this being the case the review time can now be shorten as the dependency from Ledger gets removed.

We're currently working on dynamic banner and neuron periodic confirmation. It's going to take sometime to share more updates (probably next week) because dynamic banner seems to be a bit complex than thought.
