SDK 2.0 Errors

Connected to Zondax/ledger-tezos#161 and Zondax/ledger-tezos#40, the new SDK refactors the errors and as a temporary measure we currently don't really interpret these errors but simply just encapsulate them.

We should take care of converting these errors so we can in the future retrieve the information more accurately
