Describe the bug
When viewing an event, if you zoom in and then pan, each time you pan, the playback pauses. You have to click the mouse again or pan again to resume playback.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any event
2. Zoom in by clicking the + in the top right of the video
3. Click in the image and move the mouse to pan
4. When the mouse button is released, the playback pauses

Expected behavior
The event playback should not pause when releasing the mouse button after panning.
