Improvement: The "translate" variable for translating JS text is defined in each *.js.php file.

Perhaps we should define the variable only in skin.js.php and specify translations for common phrases?
In the other *.js.php files, we'll only add page-specific translations?
Our JS text translation isn't working out so well...

I would definitely like to see a centralized way of handling the translations. Could even load them on demand with ajax.

Another thought I had was to have more translations in the database, so people could easily add/edit translations and they could be included in telemetry.
