Description
Should maybe enhance double-click to expand/shrink deeply (all children) when SHIFT key is held down (aka call ExpandAll/CollapseAll)
when no node is selected double-click so that when no item is right-clicked (done in empty area of structureview) it acts on the ActiveStoryItem (as a shotrcut)
Should probably enhance right-click so that when no item is right-clicked (done in empty area of structureview) the options for the currently active item are shown (currently does nothing in that case)
check if in edit mode where appropriate before acting
