ImageStoryItems with UrlAction not firing

there seem to exist some ImageStoryItems for arrow-based navigation that ignore their urlAction

issue is the serialized version for those ImageStoryItems seems to contain

  object TImage
    MultiResBitmap = <
      item
      end>
  end

aka an unnamed child TImage object

Probably a bug at TStoryItem code, esp the FDummyImage used there is suspicious.

A quick way to fix is to save files in text mode (hold down SHIFT while saving), then replace the pattern using an appropriate find/replace expression in notepad++ or grepwin, then reload the text .readcom file and save again (newer versions same in binary by default)

should check if this occurs for all ImageStoryItems that:

1. have a bitmap image (also try separately for SVG)
2. have a urlAction

as for that content, updated with newer version after removing with grepwin (most) and notepad++ (remaining one at the end of file) all those problematic TImage inner objects
