Should be able to drag-drop a .readcom file to open it in non-edit mode

In edit mode one can drag-drop .readcom file to add as a child item but can't do the same in non-edit mode to open it

Actually in edit mode too when droping with SHIFT key pressed should prompt the user to replace currently edited .readcom with that (instead of adding as a child)
