On reboot people lose data some not always database type using MYSQL

Description of Issue

For some reason sometimes people loose there job levels on reboots, I find this rather weiird as im using MSQL on Velocity proxy server.

Errors

Can't find any its just sometimes during reboot it resets the data.

It seems like it just removed all the data from 1-26 for no reason.

Hello, the same happens for me when using sqlite as the storage.
Whenever i restart the server, all player data is wiped out, even though the plugin says the data is saved
