Field test reports: Tiling Shell and Media Controls

Summary

Add field test reports for two new extensions tested in sessions #29 and #30:

Tiling Shell (session #29)

• Category: Window tiling, compiled TypeScript (esbuild), 64 files / 11K lines
• Key findings: Constructor-from-enable FPs, arrow fn definition FPs, ternary guard FPs, single-line minification FP, compiled TS noise patterns
• Calibration lessons: 5 new lessons (chore(main): release 0.1.1 #14-False positives: metadata checks fail for src/ layout extensions #18) for docs/internal/README.md

Media Controls (session #30)

• Category: Audio/media MPRIS D-Bus controller, src/ layout, 17 files / 5K lines
• Pre-fix: 246 WARNs, 3 FAILs (89% FP rate)
• Post-fix: 31 WARNs, 6 FAILs (all TP/debatable)
• Root causes: onDestroy() not recognized, provenance threshold, src/ metadata fallback

Also updates docs/internal/README.md field test table and cumulative calibration lessons.
