Default values for new openvpn clients

It would be nice to have a prototype client config and copy options from there
(or have them at module config)
things like
auth SHA256
remote-cert-tls server
auth-nocache
and fragment value...

Also it would be very nice to keep track of /30 net pairs and adjust ccd accordingly on new client addtion.

Would you care to look at the new 3.3.0 release and perhaps add a pull request if these are still not there?
