Remove `alloy-trie` direct dependency and try to use from `alloy`

Currently alloy-trie is a dependency of alloy umbrella package. Recently we saw that a patch update from alloy used a new minor version of alloy-trie. This caused compile error on dependent project and the fix was very tricky to patch from dependent side. This required code in helios repository to change #657.

We can try to avoid this problem in the future.

alloy-trie is used in alloy::consensus, maybe we can try using it from there and remove the direct dependency on alloy-trie.
