  2. Quadruped Thoracic Rotations (5 repetitions on each side)
  3. Lunge Position Heel Pushes (5 repetitions on each side)
  4. Lunge Position Glute Stretch Hold (10 seconds on each side)
  5. Lunge Position Adductor and Glute Stretch (20 seconds on each side)
  6. Hip Swivel to Side (10 repetitions)
  7. Hip Swivel Hold (10 seconds on each side)
  8. Shoulder Extension Stretch (Hold for comfortable duration)
  9. Squat to Pike Stretch (5 repetitions)
