Update recruiting email to emphasize original program access
Elevates the source_pdf link from an afterthought to step 1 of the review workflow, and explains that reviewers should keep it open alongside the sheet rather than consulting it only when in doubt. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The sheet has one tab per year from 1975 through 2026, skipping 2020 and 2021 (COVID years). Each row is one presentation. The white columns on the left show the title, authors, and abstract as automated optical character recognition (OCR) software read them out of the program PDFs. Where the OCR got something wrong, type the corrected version in the associated yellow column (title, authors, and/or abstract).

Each row also has a "View PDF" link in the source_pdf column that opens the original scanned program for that year in a new browser tab. You will want to have that open alongside the sheet as you work — OCR errors often only make sense when you can see the original page.

- needs-help something's wrong and you can't fix it from the sheet (e.g. an entry seems missing, or two abstracts got fused into one). Add a note in the "notes" column; I'll handle these.
