Hi Aaron,
I have a home built all sky camera. I have worked thru issues with the CPU getting too hot and throttling down, 5 amp adapter failures (2) and condensation in the enclosure. I started using the Allsky software. It took me a while to get the Pi to write the image data to the Intel SSD and that is how it got the name with a space. The original software had issues with pixelation in the time lapse. The individual images do not show any pixelation. I found your indi version while searching for a solution to the pixelation and look forward to using the added features. When I was making a backup copy of my micro SD card the adapter erased all of my original files and damaged the card. I threw the adapter away. With the new installation I mounted the SSD to /home/bob/ssd. I will rename the folder with the space and confirm the files are writing to the correct location.
I will try running the setup.sh again tomorrow and let you know if that worked. I use the camera in a wooded area and want to try the feature to limit the field of view.
I appreciate all of your help. Is there a place I can contribute to your efforts?
Thanks,
Bob Novak

I understand now. You will need to complete another full setup.sh run after changing the IMAGE_FOLDER setting. The setup.sh script needs to ensure the proper folder permissions/modes exist to allow access to the new folder.
I do not think I allowed the image folder name to contain spaces.

Hi Aaron,
It has been a while since I looked at my Allsky.
Seeing a limited menu. There is a login button, however, I dont have a saved login.
Do I need a login to see the full menu?
Thanks,
Bob Novak

Hi Aaron,
My pi quit connecting to the WIFI extender. I fixed that and have the remote login back.
The extended menus are once again not showing.
I found your reply from before, however, I don’t see a login in the lower right of the display.
Thanks,
Bob Novak

Yes, a login is required to see the full menu. Here is the page that will have info needed to reset your password.

I have a new install. It was working. Now I have a blank screen with Latest selected and a Cameras Available 1 message. Using libcamera_imx477 on Raspberry pi 5 with 8GB. Running libcamera-hello shows the camera image, so the camera is working correctly. How do I get indi allsky to use the available camera? Pi camera is connected to port 0 and that is the selection in the camera config. restarting the indi process and the Pi has not fixed the issue.
