Debian 13 support #2378

When updating to latest Debian 12, I noticed Debian 13 (Trixie) is available. Not sure how long 13 has been around. Should I update to that version or should I remain on 12? I'm generally wary of bleeding edge upgrades, but since the camera is on almost all the time, I do worry about security. |

It really depends on the type of camera you have. If you have a USB astronomy camera, like ZWO, Touptek, etc, upgrading to Trixie should be fine. I have build targets already defined for Trixie. If you are using a Raspberry Pi CSI/MIPI camera, I would not upgrade yet. I am not even sure of the operational status of those cameras on Trixie yet. |
