A couple of questions about my images

I have a couple of issues I would like to fix

Firstly why do I have lines running from bottom left to top right in image1 and how do I remove them

Secondly how do I increase the size of my image circle in image2 if I can

I have never seen an image have diagonal artifact like that. It is very weird.

As for increasing the size of the image circle, you would need to crop the image to make the image circle appear larger.
