Description
It could be pretty useful to explicitly have a history of changes across the whole ecosystem, whenever the CI detects them.
Things to consider from the top of my head:
- Possible for anybody to plug any alerting system over the changes.
- How to deal with re-indexing? Is it even needed? I'm referring to for example when we add a new contract or permissions point. Currently guess we simply don't care when the permission was changed, as we consider always the "HEAD" of historic. Maybe it is an acceptable approach still.
