Highlight with color permissions holders, by type

It could be useful to notice first-look inconsistencies to add a color background to the address/labeling of each permission holder. The objective would be to classify by the spectrum of expected decentralization. Open to changes, but an idea could be:

• On smart contracts' governance/protocol addresses (e.g. Executor, PayloadsController, PoolConfigurator, etc) -> green
• On Aave Guardian or any type of emergency community multi-sig -> yellow
• EOAs or non-labeled addresses -> red
• Helper smart contracts and engaged technical providers "helper" addresses (e.g. BGD on bridge retry) -> blue
