Replace wallet connection library

The wallet connection options of the interface are currently limited to the connectors in the web3-react v6 package, and in general there is a lot of custom, legacy code used for connections.

To support more direct wallet connections instead of funneling most wallets through MM and WC, a new library should be integrated with out-of-the-box support for major wallets.
