Fixing Devin PR accounting

Hi, I'm on the Cognition / Devin team. Would like to point out that Devin PRs are being undercounted since users are allowed to open PRs under their own name

thanks, will update this. if you want to open a PR just changing the queries for the agent, and leave off any other changes.
