Add downloading/updating modpacks

I like to add mods to Fabulously Optimized. Presently, I can install FO and then use this to add mods, but it would be nice if this would notice that a .mrpack is in a collection and install those mods.

In fact, such a thing already exists; it's a website where it's easy to update mods to the latest version. (https://mc-mod-updater.vercel.app/)
