If I want to create my own private dataset using a DICOM dataset, just like how you created the public dataset, how should I go about doing this? I encounter many technical and coding constraints during the process—could I consult you about them?

I have a repo for processing DICOM files for dose prediction (see https://github.com/ababier/deep-dicom). You can use your DICOMs as input to this repo to product lighter weight files that are more amenable to dose prediction models.

Thank you, I noticed that the public collection has a file called 'possible dose masks'. How should I generate this file?

The possible dose mask is based on the dose influence matrix that we generated via the IMRTP library from CERR. If your data has external/body contours I would recommend using that instead. We made the possible dose masks in this data partly because a large portion of the data we had was missing external contours.

Thank you very much for your help. I have successfully converted the data, but I encountered problems with adjusting the size, spacing, and origin. When I tried to force the conversion, the results were not very good. Is there any method for this?
