Missing package reainternal

Hey!

I enjoyed your paper and wanted to retrain ForecastPFN, but ran into the issue that the package reinternal which contains the class CloudLocation is not part of this repo.

Could you add it to make the repo self-contained?

When I tried using the repo everything was working fine? Except a few minor tweaks I had to make to make sure everything runs smoothly. I have opened a PR request with the changes if you are curious. With those changes everything should be fine. I am running it on Google Colab by the way

I meet the same problem. And we don't need CloudLocation for cloud store. So we could replace them.
