<li>Provided Tier-3 support for global higher-education customers using the Degree Works degree audit system, resolving complex functional, technical and data issues.</li>
<li>Analysed logs, configuration and database structures (Oracle and PostgreSQL) to troubleshoot problems across applications, integrations and infrastructure.</li>
