Clarification about clearing unused tags (#422)

• Update files.md

Noting that clearing unused tags doesn't sync between devices.

• The separate "Clear Unused Tags" feature in the Browse window has the same problem, but I'm not proposing a change there. (1) The other apps don't have that feature at all (you have to use Check Database), and (2) there's no good place to add it in the table where that feature is described.

• This is mentioned in passing in the AnkiDroid manual and in the AnkiMobile manual, but I'm not proposing changes there.

• Use an admonition
