Setup Pi 3 in DSL to use in Kitty.

We need to get the Pi 3 in the dsl setup with a raspbian installation and the right networking configuration.

Pi3 now running in AP mode on its internal wifi. IP address is 192.168.11.1.
The USB dongle uses an older driver and didn't want to work with hostapd. I suggest we buy one the same as Dewi (RT5370).
