Sync from remote origin

I just tried using **git-spice** and wanted to provide some feedback. For me the biggest downside is having to setup GitHub credentials. Could we just pull from `git pull origin <current branch>`? For submitting, we could push branches and log the url for creating a PR on GitHub.
