Live Chat Widget Channel - v2.0.0-rc8

This adds a new channel: live chat.
It's a customer-facing embeddable chat widget that works alongside the existing email channel with continuity over email.

Looking for early feedback - please report any issues you run into.

Back up your database before upgrading. This is a release candidate and may contain breaking changes.

How to try it

Update the image tag in your docker-compose.yml:

image: libredesk/libredesk:v2.0.0-rc8-livechat

Then run:

docker compose pull app
docker compose up -d
