Hello,

I see there is an in-app notification, but no mail is sent to the assigned user/agent when a new email arrives (new or updated conversation mail). Is it supposed to?

It's really painful to have to check on the web interface to see if there is an answer from a client. It would be nice to send an email notification to the assigned agent.
