I was looking through the German localization and came across some issues. The ones that were simple string fixes I have submitted on Crowdin. Some issues appear to be caused by how the strings themselves are used/implemented in the code though:
- When creating a new business hour, or a new SLA policy, the "Create" button shows as "erstellen" which is the correct word, but lowercase when it should be uppercase. The only matching string I could find is
globals.messages.create, which however has a variable in front of it. Is this being used here? Would make sense to have a separate string then in that case.
- On the same page, the breadcrumbs also contain an issue. It says
Öffnungszeiten > Neue. I assume this uses globals.messages.new but without the variable again? Neue Öffnungszeit would be correct, but in this context where the word "New" is on its own, "Neu" would make more sense. So also here, a separate string would be ideal
- When clicking the three dots on an agent/employee, the options show up in lowercase too, even though uppercase would be the usual here. Is this also
globals.messages.edit and globals.messages.delete instead of separate strings?
- Semi-related since this is also an issue in English, but
Channel in the sidebar on the Administrator panel should be plural as all others are.
(P.S.: For everything else, I have already submitted new strings on Crowdin or upvoted those which are correct. It would be great if someone could look over that - one of the corrections from somebody [globals.terms.tag plural] has even been waiting for a year it seems!)
